Ingredients
Serves 4
- 400 g fresh tuna fillet, finely diced
- 1 cup fresh lychees, peeled and pitted, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions :
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the diced tuna with the lychees, red onion and fresh coriander.
Step 2
In a small bowl, prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the lime juice, soy sauce and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the vinaigrette over the tuna and lychee mixture. Stir gently to coat all ingredients.

Cover the bowl and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to marry.
