Ordering

The customer undertakes to fill in the order form accurately and to complete the various existing sections (address, delivery address, method of payment, etc.). In the event of an error in the recipient’s details, Savanil cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery to the recipient. The cost of forwarding the parcel to another recipient or a new delivery address will be borne by the customer.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to product availability.

In the event of stock shortage, Savanil undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and the customer may then cancel the order. In this case, all sums paid will be reimbursed in full.

Retraction or modification of the order

The customer can modify or cancel an order online at www.savanil.ca using the “contact us” section.

Shipping

Your parcel will be transported by Canada Post under the usual conditions to the address indicated on your order. Delivery times are those indicated by the post office. Exceeding delivery deadlines shall not give rise to claims for damages.

Return policy

Our priority is customer satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please notify us by phone or e-mail and return it to us within 15 days of receipt in its original condition with a copy of the invoice and your full contact details to the following address:

Any costs associated with the return of the order are for the account of the purchaser.

Returned goods may be refused if the 15-day time limit has been exceeded, if the products have been repackaged, or if there has been a risk of contamination. In this case, they will be returned to you with shipping costs to be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed or exchanged.

For any non-conforming merchandise, we will replace it or refund you within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise and the requested information. Except for returns justified by an error on our part, shipping costs will be charged to the buyer and will not be refundable.

Method of payment

By credit card:

Online payment by credit card is made via a security system that encrypts your bank details as they are transmitted to their server.

Your personal information is protected and kept confidential, and no unauthorized charges will be made to your credit card.

Disputes
